I've looked everywhere for a solution, but it seems no one else is having/has had the problem. I believed the mic would also switch back to the internal mic from the laptop. In other words, whenever I used the mic with the wireless headset, the entire sound would lower in quality and I would sometimes not be able to hear anything. ![]() However, whenever I would use the microphone from this headset (Beats Studio Wireless) the audio would cut off whenever I would try to use it. The only time I had another option to switch mics was when I used my bluetooth headset from Beats. I have tried many headsets/microphones, but whenever I access the playback devices on WIndows 10, it only shows, "Cirrus Logic CS4206B (AB 82)," as the available option. I connect my laptop to my bigger screen through a dongle and the only way I am able to talk is by leaning towards my laptop and talking through the built-in-mic. He installed Windows 10 on his i-Mac using bootcamp as instructed by Apple. I play games on it, and typically I want to talk to people through the microphone. No sound on an i-Mac runing Windows 10 cirrus logic sound chip Hi I am trying to help my old friend get the sound to work on his i-Mac. I have been running Windows 10 on my laptop (MacBook Pro 2012 13-inches) and I have run into an issue.
